I've lost over one and a half stone (that's 21LB isn't it?) in the last three months, averaging at half a stone a month through a combination of eating plenty of fresh food and veg, a bit of exercise and regulating my eating to only three meals a day. It's all good and I'm pretty happy with it, I feel a damned sight better not carrying around all that unnecessary weight. Of course, I still smoke and I still drink quite a lot of cola but I'm at least offsetting those effects a little bit.
Now the thing is, in the last month or so my skin has gone to hell and some of the glands around my neck are a bit tender and swollen, not painfully so but noticable, this has been the case for a few weeks now and I'm wondering if it's as a result of my eating more healthily - a sort of detox as my body gets rid of the poisionous shit from my system or alternatively since there isn't so much of me to absorb those toxins they're having a worse effect than usual on me. Any thoughts?
