It finally happened and I'm into uncharted territory belt-hole wise. I've had this belt since secondary school and I've never been able to comfortably fasten it this far in.

Honestly, I'm a little puzzled by it since I don't appear to have lost any weight and I've been lighter than this by a few lb and not been able to do it so I'm not getting too excited in case its dehydration.

But you've been doing the sort of exercise that builds muscle, right? It's a well known (and bandied about) fact that muscle is heavier than fat. Just because you haven't lost weight doesn't mean you haven't lost fat.

True enough, also I haven't weighed myself all week through this "cereal diet" experiment so maybe a stone just dropped out my ass.

Yep, that is in the works - T worked on the invites earlier in the week and we haven't managed to be in the house at the same time to finish it up since then. Probably do it tomorrow.

Cool! I am similarly working hard to reduce my circumference, and actually *accidentally* popped by belt into the last hole the other day!

I've been thinner than this before, but not for a long time.

You want to know the new Supa-Supplement that'll knock the sox off all the others? Flax seed. Bung a spoonfull in yoghurt or on meusli, you can't really taste it. And it's a lot cheaper than any of the other types of Omega providers I've found.

Huh... I should give that a look - I've been examining my diet pretty closely in the past week or so (I arrived at the conclusion that food is either poisonous and tasty, tedious and unhealthy or tedious and healthy so I figured I might as well move from tedious and unhealthy on up to tedious and healthy) and I'm not getting nearly enough omega whatsits. Given their properties I can only imagine that they'll push me from feeling fantastic to feeling superhuman.
