I have owned but one belt for the last fifteen years and that belt belonged to my grandad who passed on a good twenty years back when I was but a nipper. This means I have an excellent idea of how my waistline has expanded and (far less often) contracted over the years and right now I'm one hole away from using holes I've never used before. Not that this is saying much, I was a chubby kid.

Today I bring you the story of the Steve Irwin revenge killings A fan video for my new favourite NOFX song The Man I Killed. The first "all your base" things I've laughed at in years and a creepy movie of a giant puppet girl that'll likely give me nightmares.
Speaking of which, I had a horrible nights sleep last night. Something kept touching me and making strange noises at the end of my bed and I know for a fact that cartographer was asleep in her room.

Hmmm...I owned just the one belt for years too, although mine had no illustrious previous career upholding the trousers of my forebears. It finally got fed up of being stretched around me a couple of weeks ago.

Luckily for me, this did not result in a "Jeremy Beadle" moment, but I was left with a sense of quite considerable loss.

How odd. One belt only... I cannot phantom it. I generally get a few years out of a belt but they do give out and I have to replace them. I did have one from my father but the leather twisted at the back so much that it became unwearable a long time ago.

I seem to occasionally go up a notch and then occasionally go down a notch, but it all balances out it would seem. Which means I'm not getting any fatter but I'm not really getting any thinner either. :)

Didn't Cartographer dream that there was something crawling all over her bed Sunday night. Man, there is something in your house.
