I don't get this - its not exactly hot outside yet here I am - seriously considering shearing off all my own hair to remove any insulating factors left upon my body. I've never cut my own hair, I hear its easy and nothing could possibly go wrong.

I notice you have special shearing equipment. All I have at my disposal is a breadknife, some heavy duty scisors and fire.

Hmm, Part of me DOES wonder how I'd look entirely bald with mild scorching.

Not a drop, I went mad from the heat instead.

It's hot and humid here, and I can't recommend a fan highly enough if you don't have air-conditioning like a wimp. The human body has what it needs to cool itself... it just benefits from a helping hand of a breeze to blow off sweatiness.

I've been cutting my own hair since I got rid of the ponytail and it's not bad at all. Happens seldom enough (every three or four months) that it's still got an element of novelty value. I find faith more useful than a second mirror when doing the back though.

It sure is easy. Except for the back of the head, that's sort of difficult and requires caution, more than one mirror and learning the hard way.

Plus it helps if you regard style as something that happens to other people.

I regard style as something I *define* baby.
