I have not been keeping up to date with my exercise, this is particularly telling when I just did what I considered the "Light" routine from a couple of months back - 30 situps, 10 pressups, 15 back.. sit up things I don't know the name for and 20 X 9Kg reps on each arm. Jesus, it nearly killed me. Arms wubbley... I should be able to do twice those for twice as long. Stupid... being lazy... ness..
