This is the coolest thing you'll see all day, I guarantee it. Some mad genius, using the advanced physics engine available in Elder Scrolls: Oblivion created a three minute long dominos/Incredible machine thing using books, swords, traps, elves and watermelons. The quality isn't great and there are a few points where you may have trouble connecting one event to another but... man its impressive.

By all means, correct me if I'm wrong, but do you admit at all to playing magic the gathering? I found a bunch of old cards the other night, probably old enough to be out of cycle, and I just thought I'd see if anyone was interested before I just chucked them out.

Part of me says "OOH! YES!" but that isn't the part of me thats been trying to sort through his own collection so he can sell the rares and give away the rest. So... get thee behind me temptress :)

I'm fairly sure there's some rares and uncommon (is that the right term) in the bunch.. and I have a stack of "unglued", not sure if you'd get a kick out of them at all.

Can one still sell out of cycle rares and uncommons? I'd try myself, but I keep getting distracted by the pretty pictures and not wanting to let them go.

Yeah, theres always collectors and traders willing to buy - though it takes a bit of luck to get them when they're feeling flush and you won't get amazing prices on them but I'd prefer to have twenty quid in my hands than forty quids worth of cards that can't be used to buy smokes.

Enough to break even would do me fine. Where does one find these sellers? Ebay? Or where do you go? Sorry for all the questions, but as you may have noticed, I'm trying to raise funds for a book I bought.

Ebay would seem to be your best bet but I've never actually gotten around to doing it myself, so if I do any time soon I'll let you know :)

Cool, thank you kindly.

Hey. Did a bit of looking with regards to the magic cards.. there's loads on ebay, and the seller I've looked at are getting plenty of feedback every month, so I'm guessing they shift well enough. Also, in case you didn't see it, ebay.ie is celebrating it's one year anniversary with a cheap listing day (tomorrow) for stuff listed on ebay.ie, so that'll probably be a good time to try and shift them for cheap or something...

I may be trying it myself if I can work up to it...
