That was a nice weekend, I relaxed with followthebird on friday, went into town for a while on saturday and then played World of Warcraft into the wee hours. Sunday saw me waking up at about half two in the afternoon, getting an epic in Warcraft (the rarest of the rare items in the game), it was entirely useless to me (useless to most people actually since its super special effect was to sometimes decrease the intelligence stat on the victim) so I ended up swapping it for a considerably more valuable and sellable one that was still entirely useless to me. Then there was roleplaying, intrigue and a lot of arguing. The next fortnight or so in the game are almost guaranteed to be a hotbed of political maneuvering.

Then I came into work this morning and read about the moron who likes leaving taps on and then read Dave Barry's column on the topic.

Note how easily "a pompous ass" can be substituted for "an artist".
