Today I realised that I have everything I've ever really wanted. I have a wonderful girlfriend, all the gizmos I want and hobbies that genuinely fill me with enthusiasm. Sure, I'm not working for myself as a computer games designer but this job is plenty good. I have pets that may not be filled with puppylike affection but aren't *very* hostile. I live in a nice flat (and that might be about to improve), in a quiet area with loads of good shops around. I have good friends who for some reason are't horrified by my language or opinions and a massive stack of books that I'll be enjoying for years to come. Chuck in an impressive music and movie collection and you're about done.

All in all I'm pretty damned lucky. Sure, my credit card statement made me go a bit pale but given all of the above, noodles won't be so bad for a few months.

Hmmm... Btw, how much do you think I would have to pay to get my surgery done so I look exactly like you? (That's the trickiest bit... Making you suffer an "accident" will be easier... ;-)).

Nah, now seriously, I'm glad to hear that. I still haven't met you in the physical world, but for what you tell, your life looks real, real wonderful. Ah well... When will you publish that book with the top ten steps to having your dreams come true? :-D.
