It occurs to me that since all the illustrations are being done using 3D graphics, I should take more advantage of that fact. When I get the PDF version done and dusted I think what I'd like to do is an interactive CD version that uses animations, model flyarounds and FMV instead of just jpegs. In my ideal version it would also automatically download new free content from the website as it became available and allow the user to purchase modules (if we were to go down that avenue) through the software and incorporate them into the main program.
The same principles as an MMORPG really. You log in, it scans the server for updates and corrections, downloads and patches them and allows you to buy into more modules.
