I've been on hold to IOL for about 15 minutes now trying to get my broadband sorted out (disconnected most likely since transfer is likely out of the question as they can get more money by shafting me). The support team I could understand having to hold for but the sales team?

But it was all for the best as it seems I was wrong and I can't be disconnected but CAN get it transfered to a new address with no problems whatsoever assuming the new number is compatible.

Well, that rocks.
